Subsea engineering firm CSL has made three new senior appointments to its team as it enters a five-year growth plan.
Jonathan Lindsay, who joined CSL in April as head of engineering, has taken on the operations manager role with the company.
He will be responsible for the daily operation of CSL and lead its growth strategy, building on his 20 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, including more than 13 years with JP Kenny Caledonia.
CSL’s project services manager Sarah Hutcheon will head up the resourcing and specialist subsea services teams following her appointment.
She brings in more than 12 years of recruitment and business development experience in the sector, including roles at Etpm and Morson International.
While Neil Caird has been appointed CSL’s head of consulting, building on his 25 years’ experience of working with international businesses, particularly in project and programme management, with companies such as BP, Maersk Oil and Toyota.
“With the key appointments that we have made this quarter, we are well on our way towards our growth targets,” Lindsay said.
“We will continue the development of our well-established engineering team to give us greater capability to increase the scope of projects we take on.”
“We are already working on a number of significant contracts across the business, and we want to build our teams to ensure that we are responding to the requirements of the industry and the services it needs.”
