Organisers of the Southern North Sea conference are determined it will be the “best ever” when it returns this week.
The Southern North Sea Conference, which was hit with a last-minute cancellation two weeks ago, has been rescheduled for later this year.
The organiser of the Southern North Sea (SNS) conference says the event may make a return later this year after hazardous weather conditions forced its cancellation.
"It's devastating for us. We're a small trade organisation and it takes us a year to plan this," says Simon Gray, chief executive of East of England Energy Group (EEEGR).
Organisers of the Southern North Sea Conference in Norwich have decided to cancel the entire two-day event due to adverse weather.
The impact of the energy sector’s drive to become more efficient will be fully revealed at a major conference this week.
