Oil and gas seabed survey firm Swire Seabed has announced it has agreed a North Sea deal with Wintershall Norge.
The three-year frame agreement contract will begin this year, with a four year extension option.
The deal includes marine services such as vessel supply, IMR and light construction and survey services.
The agreement also stipulates a “call-off” deal, where Wintershall can award subsea contracts on a needs basis as part of the frame agreement.
Arvid Pettersen, CEO Swire Seabed, said: “We are proud to have been awarded this frame agreement with Wintershall. This agreement highlights the confidence in our ability to deliver safe and efficient solutions to meet our clients’ needs and reinforces Swire Seabed’s position as a trusted subsea services provider in the survey, IMR and light construction market.”
