Statoil has successfully brought its $1billion, 67million barrels oil equivalent Visund South satellite development onstream.
The subsea asset comprises the Pan and Pandora discoveries, which are located 10km from both the Gullfaks C and Visund A-platforms.
Infrastructure comprises a template and four wells, where the first of three wells has been drilled and tied back to Gullfaks C for processing and export.
