Crisis-management specialist Altor Risk Group said yesterday it expected annual turnover at its new Aberdeen incident-management centre (IMC) to increase to £4million within 18 months.
Clients using the centre’s round-the-clock emergency-response service include oil and gas operators BG and Talisman.
Speaking at its official opening last night, Altor director of services Matthew Wardner said: “Both established oil and gas operators and new entrants are pushing the boundaries in terms of production leading to ever-increasing operational and environmental risks.”
