MSIS has invested more than £1million in its rental fleet and a new facility in Aberdeenshire.
The 17,500 square foot base within the Kirkwood Commercial Park in Inverurie comprises a workshop, yard and warehouse.
The cleaning and waste management products supplier has created five jobs this year and aims to increase £11million turnover by 50% in the next three years.
The company’s international business has risen to account for 10% of turnover and plans are in place to establish further business in the Middle-east and West Africa.
Ian McPherson, chief operating officer, said: “Despite the current climate, we are continuing to invest in our products and services to capture a bigger share of the offshore environmental services market.”
“The investment in our fleet ensures that we have the necessary equipment on-hand when and where it’s needed, helping reduce project timescales and costly down-time.”
The firm also plans to invest further in a new indoor wash bay area at its Inverurie facility,
MSIS employs 80 people at its bases in Inverurie and Invergordon.
