New app experience

I’ve just downloaded the App, do I have to log in initially? 

Once you have downloaded the new App, you will be prompted to create an account or login. If you do not have a subscription, you will only be able to access free parts of the app. If you wish to get a subscription for full access, please visit our subscriptions page here.

What is the Piano Pop-up during the sign-up screen? 

The Piano Pop-up when purchasing a subscription in the new app allows the DC Thomson team to track that you have a subscription. If you do not consent to this pop-up, we will not be able to know that you have taken out a subscription as you have purchased through Apple In-App and not through DC Thomson. By consenting, we will be able to assist you with your questions more easily .

What happens to the old Energy Voice App? 

We will be replacing the old app with the new and improved apps. You will need to download the new app. You can do that at your app provider of choice – iOS and Android. Once you have downloaded the new app you will be able to login with the email and password you use on the site.

Will I still be able to access my old app? 

No, it will be replaced with the new app.  On some devices this will automatically happen on others you may be promoted or have the option to upgrade from the app store.

Where do I download the new app? 

The new app is available to download within the Apple App and Google Play stores.

Do I need to download the new app?  

Your existing app should automatically update to the new app.  If this doesn’t happen
automatically, you may be prompted to upgrade the app on your device or will have the option to do so from the App store.

What happens after I have downloaded the new app? 

Once you download the new Energy Voice app, you will be able to access all the content you love.

If you forget your password, you can reset it on the website. From here we will ask you to login to your account and reset your password. You will not be able to login to your new app until you have completed this step.

How do I access E-FWD Insights? 

You will need an E-FWD subscription to access E-FWD insights. If you do not have an E-FWD subscription and are interested, please contact us at efwd@energyvoice.com or call us at 01224 343 030.
