One of the key figures in Wood Group's £606million acquisition of smaller rival PSN is quitting the oil and gas industry after 34 years.
Baker Hughes has announced that Martin Craighead will become chairman in addition to his current role as president and CEO. He takes up the responsibility from the company's AGM in April when the current chairman Chad Deaton stands down. Craighead began working with the company in 1986.
